I usually like to schedule projects a few months ahead, but feel free to reach out and check my next available spot! We’ll chat about the best start date for your project and make sure there’s plenty of time to get any prep work done before we dive in.
You can choose to pay in full or make two payments - 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot on my calendar, and then a final 50% payment due on our Kickoff Day. If a different payment plan is needed, please let me know, and we can discuss a customized arrangement that works best for you.
When you book my 1-week design services, you're investing in my time, rather than a set list of deliverables. While I aim to tackle everything, final results can depend on how quickly feedback comes in and the complexity of the designs. If there are still a few items left unfinished, discounted follow-up sessions are available if needed.
In most cases, nope! I just ask that you’re available to answer emails quickly in case I have any questions or need feedback during our project. Remember, your active participation in sharing your vision, preferences, and feedback will be super important!
Yes! You'll need to provide all website content, including images and text, before our project start date. If not, it might cause delays, as I can only start the design work once I have all the necessary materials. I provide copywriting guides at no extra cost for added support, but if you’re unsure about writing your website content, I can recommend some great copywriters to help.
II suggest having a mood board, color palette, and font selection for your website. If you're not interested in my full branding service, I can provide these simplified branding elements as part of my website intensive for an additional cost. Having these basic branding elements in place helps avoid brand inconsistencies.
Don’t sweat it! Once the website is done you will get a Showit website resource guide on how to perform some of the most common tasks on your website with ease. Plus, I provide 30 days of post-project email support & you will find endless tutorials on all things Showit from their top-notch help center & support team.
